All Care Laser Mixes High-Tech Techniques with Personalized Service
Lisa Ricciardelli, clinical director of All Care Laser Center in North Andover, travels internationally to find the best new products, equipment and treatments to bring back to her clients.
Ricciardelli has been in the medical aesthetic field and a laser technician expert for over 23 years. She is fondly known as the “grandmother of the industry” as she was one of the first practicing laser technicians in the country. All Care Laser, the company she founded along with family medicine practitioner Azar Korbey, is a North Andover-based center for body sculpting, anti-aging, skin revitalization and more.
“It’s truly wonderful,” says Ricciardelli, “My staff is so experienced and self-sufficient that I can go anywhere in the world and test out services and devices that are used in Italy, France, and elsewhere, and I can be one of the first specialists in the U.S. to bring those practices back into the country.”
One such treatment that has Ricciardelli very excited is a skin revitalization technique developed by the Italian company WiQo. Called PRX-T33, this no-needle method reverses the appearance of aging skin tones and is safe for all skin types.
“This is revolutionary,” Ricciardelli says of PRX-T33. “For a long time, there was the possibility of pigmentary issues to darker skin tones with most treatments, but with this new technology, that is about to change.”
PRX-T33 has been utilized for years outside of the U.S. There have been over two million procedures performed. Call for a consultation to find out more about this patented treatment, referred to in Europe as the “liquid face lift.”
Always on the technological forefront, All Care Laser will be the first facility in the U.S. to offer this reverse aging technology.
“Throughout my time in this field, it seems that New England is always the last to embrace innovation or accept technology,” Ricciardelli says. “It might have something to do with the demographic, as some places like California are constantly trying new medicines, diets and other things because that’s the progressive mindset over there. It’s a lot more conservative and hesitant up northeast. So, being the first person to implement new practices over here means we won’t be seen as lagging behind some of the other parts of the country.
Ricciardelli says that she’s working with Plasma Concepts, the only German-made plasma device on the market. “I am a constant perfectionist and critical of knock-off brands and equipment,” she says. “I do my research and guarantee I only work with the very best.” Ricciardelli has been offering plasma treatments such as non-surgical blepharoplasty and wrinkle reduction that will deliver surgery-like results for over a year. She is working with the Plasma Concepts Clinical team and training doctors and others in the aesthetic field on this revolutionary new treatment.
“Everyone wants the non-invasive treatments nowadays. It just means the traditional, physical surgeries are not preferred,” says Ricciardelli. “If you can get the same treatment and it’s less expensive and safer than the traditional route, why wouldn’t you?”
Beyond the technology, at All Care Laser Center everyone is considered family and treated as such.
“We’re here to look out for your best interests,” she says. “Sometimes, there are people that come in and we can adjust what they think they came in for, just because there was confusion or a misinterpretation of what they thought a treatment was. We’re all here to look after our customers and get them to be their best version of themselves.”
