Greater Haverhill Chamber Hosts First Tasty Awards

Last Thursday, Aug. 26, Haverhill’s first Tasty Awards took place at the Barking Dog Ale House. The event marked the conclusion of the fourth annual Haverhill Restaurant week, which, with the theme “7 Tasty Days of Summer,” showcased over 30 Haverhill restaurants and celebrated the area’s culinary scene with local restaurants offering either weekly or daily specials.
In addition to appetizer platters, a cash bar, and a DJ, the Tasty Awards honored Haverhill restaurants with several awards including most amazing restaurant owner, best chef, most memorable staff personality, favorite bartender, favorite regular (bar stool hero,) best barista, best pizza spinner, and many more.
