Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority Needs Your Feedback
The Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority (MVRTA) is currently updating the 5-year Comprehensive Regional Transit Plan (CRTP) and is seeking input from the public. Comments and input from both existing riders and those who do not use the service are vital in this process. As a public transit authority, the MVRTA is dedicated to ensuring service is provided to everyone in a safe and efficient manner.
To gain a better understanding of the current and future transportation needs of the Merrimack Valley, a mobile-friendly, public survey has been developed and posted on the MVRTA website, and a link has been posted to the MVRTA Facebook and Twitter accounts. The survey is currently available in both English and Spanish. Additional translations can be made upon request to MVRTA.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and day-to-day life changes, previously planned public outreach events have been cancelled. To better engage with the public, MVRTA has designed the survey like a game to capture a better understanding of who each person is and how their answers compare to others who have finished the survey.
