Skylark: A Century of Carols

This year, King’s College Chapel in Cambridge, England celebrates the 100th anniversary of “A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols,” a service broadcast around the world on Christmas Eve, and for many, a centerpiece of the Christmas musical season. Skylark will offer a rich collection of carols that have been a part of this service over the last century, with a particular focus on carols that have become mainstays of this service, or that were sung at particularly meaningful times in world history since 1918.
