Merrohawke Nature School creates unique nature immersion experiences to inspire a deep connection to land and sea, a strong sense of self and compassion for all. Summer programs on land or aboard boats include learning primitive skills and wildcrafts, wild edibles and naturalist studies, knot tying, storytelling and singing, fishing, hiking, tide pooling and exploring along the Merrimack River watershed, Great Marsh and nearby coastal waters. School year programs include all-outdoors Forest Tots, Forest Kindergarten, homeschool and afterschool programs and birthday parties. Scholarships available.

Academy of Notre Dame Summer Camps
Camp NDA summer camps at the Academy of Notre Dame offer parents in the areas of Lowell, Tyngsboro, and greater Nashua, NH, an opportunity to provide their children ages 3 to 16 with exceptional experiences that will engage and enrich them for life. With camps such as “Technology and Building,” “Investigating Science,” “Wilderness Camp” “Adventure Day Trip” and our new Teen Leadership Programs, Camp NDA can ensure the fun and learning lasts all summer long. Located on 200+ acres, the Academy of Notre Dame’s campus features pristine athletic fields, ponds and forests in which to explore and play. Summer @ Pingree Day Camp
For over 30 years, our day camp has offered one of the best and most comprehensive summer programs on the North Shore. Located on Pingree School’s 100-acre campus, the camp uses the gymnasium, swimming pool, athletics fields, pond (for kayaking), computer labs, theater, and dance, music, and arts classrooms. All campers develop skills and confidence, increase self-esteem, and most importantly, have fun! Children from preschool through eighth grade are welcome and grouped with their peers: Little Wonders for preschool and kindergarten, Rainbows for grades 1-5, Explorers for grades 6-7, and Adventurers for grade 8. Scheduled activities begin at 9:00 a.m. and run through 3:30 p.m. with drop off and pick up at 8:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. respectively. Campers can be picked up early at 12:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. Every other Friday, campers put on a morning show for family and friends. Lunch and snacks are provided. Earlybird registrations save 5% until March 31!
