Their mission has grown to include an emphasis on inclusive learning and workforce development as well as student and employee wellness. Northern Essex Community College
50 years is a major milestone, and yet NECC seems to only be gaining momentum. Classroom-centered faculty, modern facilities and cutting edge academic support services mean that NECC serves both nontraditional and traditional students of many backgrounds. Over the past few years NECC has expanded its Lawrence campus and developed innovative partnerships with four-year colleges to expand their degree offerings.
