THREE: The Newburyport Life is Good store declares It’s a Holiday Party on Friday from 5 to 9 p.m., offering up an in-store snowball fight, a hot chocolate and cupcake bar, and holiday games and prizes before Christmas weekend.
FOUR: Navigation Brewing Co. invites Merrimack Valley beer lovers to join them for an Ugly Sweater Party on Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. In addition to a number of delicious local brews on tap, the party will feature food provided by HomeKitchen.
FIVE: Firehouse Center for the Arts’ last performance of A Nutcracker Panto! is this Friday at 7 p.m. A delightful combination of music, dancing and comedy, this old-fashioned show will put you in the Christmas mood just in time for a weekend with family and friends.
SIX: Merrimack Repertory Theatre has two final showings of Going to See the Kid left, one on Friday at 8 p.m. and another on Saturday at noon. The play, about two reporters on the same assigment to interview baseball legend Ted Williams, is chock-full of holiday spirit.
