1 ounce Djinn Spirits gin

1 ounce Cointreau

1 ounce Lillet Blanc

1 ounce fresh Meyer lemon juice

3 drops Pernod

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and garnish with a cherry (or lemon spiral).

2 ounces Josiah Bartlett Barrel Aged Apple Brandy

½ ounce Crème Yvette

A dash of Scrappy’s lavender bitters

Stir with ice in a mixing glass and strain into an old-fashioned glass.

2 ounces Privateer Silver Reserve Rum

¾ ounce dry vermouth

¾ ounce orange curacao

1 dash grenadine

1 twist of orange

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange twist and maraschino cherry.
